DIL Principle Shareholders and Partners

The Shareholders and Partners of Dudley Infracare LIFT are:

  • Infracare (Midlands) Limited
A private sector company established to be the private sector Partner within Dudley Infracare LIFT.
  • Dudley Primary Care Trust
The local health economy shareholder in the Dudley Joint Venture.
  • Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council
The local authority partner in the Dudley Joint Venture.
  • Community Health Partnerships
A joint venture company established by Department of Health and Partnerships UK PLC to take forward and implement the NHS LIFT initiative nationally.
  • Participating Organisations
A number of NHS Trusts in Dudley and the Local authority have chosen to take advantage of the services offered by DIL. This has been confirmed in the form of a Strategic Partnering Agreement between these organisations and DIL.

The original procurement process to set up DIL and the terms of the Strategic Partnering Agreement can help these organisations avoid the need for costly, EU wide, advertising for future projects that are within the scope of NHS LIFT in Dudley.

The organisations participating in this way are:
