Tim Sunter - Chairman
Tim Sunter is experienced in both the public and commercial sectors he spent 21 years working in local government, including five years as leader of Dudley Council. He believes learning needs to be at the heart of regeneration and has served on the Black Country Learning and Skills Council, Dudley Training and Enterprise Council and on many governing bodies of educational institutions. He is presently a visiting lecturer at the Institute of Local Government (INLOGOV), Birmingham University and has worked with councils across the UK as well as delivering sessions on the Advance Leadership Programme for aspiring local authority Chief Executives.
