Warren Taylor, chairman of the LIFT Awards Steering Committee, said “The awards have once again highlighted the quality and innovation being delivered across the LIFT sector. I hope both public and private sector partners can take away from the awards examples of successful partnership working and share them with their local organisations.”
Brierley Hill Health & Social Care Centre is the largest LIFT project in the borough to date and is a unique example of how a public private partnership development can be a catalyst for urban regeneration. The centre brings new life into the town of Brierley Hill, with more than 600 visitors a day increasing the economic sustainability of the area while delivering the highest quality health and social care facilities to the local and wider population of Dudley.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND USER EXPERIENCE AWARD:
The Brierley Hill Health & Social care was also "highly commended" in the Community Engagement and User Experience Category.
