Dudley Infracare Lift Limited (DIL)

Established in October 2005 to provide new primary health care and social care buildings for Dudley.

The Company is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the NHS Primary Care Trust in Dudley, part of the innovative NHS LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) National Programme.
